Repeat Keep
Privacy Policy
Last updated 18 September 2026
Repeat Keep is a workout logger for iPhone. It does not track you, advertise to you, or sell anything about you to anyone.
What we collect
Repeat Keep requires an account, and Sign in with Apple is the only way to create one. When you sign in, the following is stored on our behalf:
- An account identifier, used to know which workout records are yours.
- Your name and email address, as provided by Apple. If you use Apple's Hide My Email, we only ever receive the private relay address.
- Your workout data: routines, exercises, equipment, planned and completed sets, weights, repetitions, cardio duration, speed and incline, and dates and times.
We use this only to make the app work for you. We do not profile you, and we do not use your workout information for advertising or marketing.
Where it is kept
Your account and workouts are held in a Neon Postgres database, reached through our sign-in service hosted on Vercel. Every workout record is owned by your account, and database-level row security means one account cannot read or change another account's records.
Your iPhone keeps a copy of your workouts so the app works without a signal. Anything you log offline is kept on the iPhone and sent when you are back online. The list of gyms you create is kept only on that iPhone.
What we never do
- No advertising, and no cross-app or cross-site tracking.
- No analytics service and no third-party crash reporting. Diagnostics come only from Apple's own tools, and only if you have opted into sharing them with Apple.
- No notifications, and no access to your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, Bluetooth or Health data.
- No selling or sharing of your data with data brokers.
Your data is yours
- Export. Account → Export local data writes a JSON file of every workout, routine and setting on your iPhone. It is created on your device.
- Sign out. Signing out removes your workouts from that iPhone. They stay in your account. If anything you logged has not reached our servers yet, the app says so and offers to back it up first; it never discards it without asking.
- Delete a workout. Deleting a finished workout removes it from your account on every device.
- Delete your account. Account → Delete account permanently deletes your workout records and then the account itself, and asks Apple to revoke Repeat Keep's access to your Apple ID. Your workouts are removed from that iPhone too. This cannot be undone.
Children
Repeat Keep is a general-audience fitness logger. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Not a medical app
Repeat Keep records the workouts you tell it about. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, prevent, monitor, predict, treat, or alleviate any disease or condition.
